Manager, Retail Media Ad Product Strategy

What will you do?

You will support revenue growth for North American Retail Media Networks by partnering closely with sales teams to shape media strategy, audience approaches, measurement frameworks, and client storytelling. You will act as a subject matter expert across media planning, audience strategy, and campaign measurement while helping identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Media & Sales Strategy
    • Support overall media strategy development for the Retail Media Network, translating capabilities into effective go-to-market solutions and process
    • Partner with Sales on RMN media planning strategy, including audience and inventory recommendations aligned to client objectives
    • Support sales and planning practices across both audience and media planning
  • Ad Product & Network Strategy
    • Contribute to Retail Media Network ad product strategy and roadmap development in partnership with Product and Leadership
    • Identify ad product innovation opportunities based on sales feedback, client needs, and market trends
    • Support sales with positioning, messaging, and enablement materials for RMN ad products
  • Client & Internal Collaboration
    • Participate in and help lead strategic client meetings with retail partners, brand clients, and internal teams (Sales, Product, Measurement, Yield, etc.)
    • Identify sales blockers and opportunity gaps and help drive internal initiatives to address them
    • Support strategic client business reviews and proactive category or brand package development
    • Continuously monitor and improve internal processes, documentation, and client deliverables

Skillsets Required

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement, media strategy, retail media, or related roles
  • Experience supporting or developing media strategies within a retail media, digital media, or shopper marketing environment
  • Strong understanding of media planning, audiences, attribution, and performance measurement
  • Experience with display advertising, media planning, ad operations, or media sales is a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong business writing and presentation development skills
  • Client-facing experience supporting meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions
  • Highly collaborative, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
