MANAGER RESIDENTIAL OPERATIONS Adult Group Homes IDD Services

AbleLight pioneers life-changing services that empower people with developmental disabilities to thrive. In this role, you will lead the team that delivers person-centered care and services in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a culture that aligns passion and talent to serve the people we support by developing others, empowering teams, promoting collaboration, removing barriers, achieving results, and showing recognition and appreciation.
• Partner with operational leaders, HR, quality, and nursing to onboard, train, and mentor new leaders; identify additional training needs for programs and teams through Quarterly Connections.
• Maintain focus on metrics and budget to positively support area and state business results.
• Demonstrate positive leadership behaviors and act as a resource for colleagues, individuals supported, parents, and guardians when local leadership efforts are unsuccessful.
• Bring forward recommendations for quality and process improvements to enhance standard operating procedures for employees and those served.
• Contribute to a team that enhances the lives of individuals in every possible way.

Requirements

• Two to three years of experience in a similar work position, volunteer/community role, or educational setting focused on serving and helping others.
• Two to three years of previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
