What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Support: Supervise, train, and mentor staff to provide high-quality, person-centered care. Foster a positive and productive team environment.
  • Ensure Quality Care: Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that promotes personal growth and independence for individuals receiving services.
  • Problem-Solve & Communicate: Work closely with clients, families, and team members to identify needs, address concerns, and develop care plans. Maintain open and clear communication to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure policies, procedures, and state regulations are followed while maintaining accurate documentation, scheduling, and compliance records.
  • Crisis Management & Advocacy: Respond to emergencies and behavioral challenges with professionalism and care, advocating for individuals' needs and well-being.
  • Collaborate with Medical Professionals: Develop and implement personalized care plans by collaborating with medical professionals, therapists, and other service providers.
  • Provide Transportation: Transport individuals to appointments, activities, or community engagements when needed.

What You Bring

  • Education & Experience: Degree in human services preferred, OR experience supporting individuals with disabilities/behavioral challenges.
  • Leadership Skills: Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and handle challenges with empathy.
  • Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation: Must have a clean driving record.
  • Pass Background Checks: State background check and required state screenings.
