Manager, Residential - ICF

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct programming and support services to residents with developmental disabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• One year of experience in residential programming.
• Certifications in First Aid and CPR – adult, child, and infant; delegated nursing.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including spreadsheets and word processing, and ability to learn new programs quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience.
• Two years of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals.
