Manager, Regional Loss Prevention (Florida region)
About the role
Regional Loss Prevention Managers are responsible for receiving and reviewing reports of asset losses, including merchandise, money, or other company property. This position investigates losses, determines root causes, identifies responsible individuals when warranted, supports prosecution efforts, prepares court documents, and testifies in court on behalf of Signet Jewelers, Inc. The role also involves conducting training meetings at all levels of the company regarding loss prevention issues, procedures, and trends, as well as enforcing company policies and procedures, including formal employee counseling and supporting employment termination decisions when necessary.

Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and investigate reports of asset losses, including merchandise, money, or other company property.
- Determine the cause of losses and identify individuals responsible when warranted.
- Support prosecution efforts, prepare court documentation, and testify in court on behalf of Signet Jewelers, Inc. when required.
- Conduct training meetings across all levels of the company related to loss prevention issues, procedures, and trends.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including conducting formal employee counseling and supporting employment termination decisions when warranted.
- Build strong partnerships with operations teams and store partners to support loss prevention objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in a multi-location retail assignment.
- Proven success in the loss prevention field with a strong self-starter mindset.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
- Strong prioritization, interviewing, investigation, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general computer systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with operations and store partners.
