About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our credit infrastructure platform. You will work closely with data scientists and product managers to transform alternative data into actionable insights that help lenders make fair and inclusive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our credit infrastructure platform
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to analyze alternative data
• Translate insights into solutions that improve lending outcomes
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in software development or data analysis
• Strong understanding of machine learning and data modeling techniques
• Experience working with alternative data sources and financial datasets
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Qualifications

• Passionate about using technology to drive social impact
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Python, SQL, and cloud-based platforms like AWS or Google Cloud

Skills

• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn or TensorFlow
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
• Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS or Google Cloud
