Manager, Recruiting & Talent (6-month fixed term)

About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our credit infrastructure platform. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure that our platform is reliable, scalable, and meets the needs of our diverse user base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our credit infrastructure platform
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure platform reliability and scalability
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in software development
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of databases and data structures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Qualifications

• Experience with Python, Java, or C++
• Knowledge of machine learning and data analytics
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
