Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract top talent through targeted sourcing strategies
  • Conduct thorough research on candidates and companies to understand their needs and fit
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Prepare and deliver compelling job descriptions and candidate profiles
  • Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on hiring goals and processes
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant recruiting experience
  • Experience using ATS systems and AI tools for recruiting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Proven success in executive-level recruiting
  • Experience working with senior-level executives and organizations
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in executive recruiting
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruiting
