About the Opportunity

The Manager, Recruiting Systems and Data leads the strategic management of the recruiting technology stack and data architecture. This role is responsible for shaping the technology roadmap, overseeing a team of analysts, and driving data and systems decisions that empower recruiting leadership to make informed, timely decisions. The position ensures a well-governed, scalable recruiting infrastructure that provides actionable insights and supports complex technology investments and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of Recruiting Tech and Data Analysts
  • Foster a team culture focused on technical rigor, reliability, and service
  • Hire analysts with strong technical and communication skills
  • Coach team members to expand their scope and capabilities
  • Define and own the roadmap for the recruiting technology ecosystem
  • Lead evaluations of build versus buy versus integrate options
  • Drive system implementations, migrations, and integrations with HR Tech and Engineering
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance accountability
  • Design and maintain data architecture and governance standards
  • Oversee major data initiatives such as migrations, audits, and taxonomy redesigns
  • Build advanced reporting infrastructure including trend analysis and predictive models
  • Collaborate with People Analytics on data products and metric definitions
  • Translate complex analytics into clear narratives for leadership
  • Serve as a senior technical partner for cross-functional initiatives
  • Stay updated on recruiting technology trends and integrate relevant capabilities
  • Represent recruiting systems and data in senior leadership forums

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in recruiting systems, HR technology, or people analytics
  • 1-2 years of experience managing a team
  • Deep expertise in enterprise ATS administration and multi-system integration
  • Strong technical credibility and familiarity with data modeling or analytics engineering
  • Proven experience leading complex system implementations or migrations
  • Effective people leadership skills to develop and retain technical analysts
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • US-based with eligibility to work remotely from a state where the organization has a registered entity

Pay Range and Compensation Package
