About the Role
This role requires critical thought leadership focused on developing analytical processes, tools, and strategy for driving improved performance throughout Home Services. The position manages an organization spanning a wide range of functional and technical skillsets and drives analytical initiatives to tangible results, meeting and exceeding operational and financial targets. Strong analytical and technical skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively communicate processes to leadership and drive implementation. The role demands strong partnership and communication skills with operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Drives Results (50%) – Provides technical leadership to the team throughout the project lifecycle and validates solution designs. Drives collaboration with cross-functional teams to support new features and benefits of solution implementation.
- Optimizes Work Processes (10%) – Focuses on continuous improvement to provide the best experience to stakeholders. Documents and shares best practices and knowledge for new solutions, advocating for their implementation.
- Plans & Aligns (40%) – Advises stakeholders with recommendations for solving technical challenges and roadmaps solutions for strategy execution.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a field related to the job (e.g., Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related quantitative field).
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to guide the strategy for BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI) to ensure data models support effective reporting (hands-on visualization skills are a plus).
- Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).
- Experience architecting scalable solutions using DBT Core, Big Query, CI/CD, Kubeflow (Vertex AI), and Airflow (Cloud Composer).
- Understanding of generative tools and workflows (MCP, A2A, LLM ops).
- Knowledge of advanced mathematical/statistical techniques as applied to AI/ML workflows.
- Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation.
- Demonstrated project management skills (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Proven ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- M.S. in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related quantitative field.
- Work experience with several RDBMS and NoSQL database systems.
- Work experience with Salesforce CRM.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.

Travel & Physical Requirements
- Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
- Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Working Conditions: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Marketing, and has 2+ direct reports.
