Manager, Radiology - Full Time
for headings: About the role, e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the posting.
First, identify sections:
- About the role: The opening paragraph about team members, mission, etc. Could be considered "About the role". We'll include that as prose.
- Responsibilities: The list of duties: Oversee, organize, staff, direct, and control the Department of Radiology... then "A day in the life..." includes many bullet-like sentences. We'll need to extract responsibilities as list items.
- Requirements: Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Bachelor's degree, minimum 3 years acute care supervisory experience, excellent written/verbal communication, proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Suite). Also Licenses and Certifications Required: Current Radiologic Technology Certification by ARRT or Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification from NMTCB or required licensing for any imaging department modalities. Also Working Conditions: Lifts a minimum of 35 lbs.
- Qualifications: Preferred: Master's degree, minimum 3 years clinical experience preferred, Experience with EPIC HIS system preferred.
- Skills: Could be part of requirements; but we have a Skills section maybe separate: "Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills..." Might be considered Skills. However we already have Requirements includes skills. The instruction: Use headings for sections like Skills if present. We can decide to put Skills separate if there is explicit skill list. The posting includes "Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required" and "Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred". So we could treat that as Requirements and Qualifications. Skills maybe not separate.
- Benefits: The posting mentions "competitive benefits are just the beginning." Later: "In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits." So we have benefits content.
- Pay: Minimum rate of $126,464.00 Annually. Also details about pay transparency etc. So we have Pay.
- Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So we should not include Schedule heading.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove duplicated lines. Also remove application instructions like "If you feel the above description speaks directly to your strengths and capabilities, then please apply today!" That's application instruction; remove.
Also remove "Other Other duties and/or projects as assigned." maybe keep as responsibility? It's generic; but it's part of responsibilities. We'll keep as list item maybe.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from responsibilities, requirements, etc.
We must format as HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce sections:

We need to ensure we didn't duplicate benefits content (we already have benefits section). The pay paragraph includes a sentence about benefits again; that's okay but could be considered duplication. However we must preserve all substantive information; we can keep it but maybe it's okay. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. The benefits sentence appears also in benefits section; it's duplicated. We should avoid duplication. So we should remove that sentence from pay paragraph to avoid duplication. Let's edit pay paragraph to exclude the benefits sentence. Pay paragraph: "Minimum rate of $126,464.00 Annually.
