Full-Time Radiology Manager

Overview This role manages a busy Imaging Center with multiple radiology modalities, a lab, and patient access departments. Responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring quality patient outcomes for adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Accountable for managing personnel, financial resources, and equipment, while maintaining compliance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate services and equipment to meet departmental and patient needs.Direct radiology functions through staff scheduling, resource management, and clinical organization to deliver efficient and accurate care.Lead performance improvement initiatives to uphold quality standards.Support staff development via educational activities promoting compliance and continuous learning. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of three years of progressive clinical or supervisory experience in high-volume radiology settings.Knowledge of radiology equipment and procedures.Proficiency in radiology concepts, with eligibility for ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB registration.Registration by ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB is required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Additional Requirements Strong management and technical supervision skills.Ability to coordinate clinical activities, manage supplies, and communicate effectively across departments.
