Manager, Quality Control
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Inotiv is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove generic statements like "Salary will be commensurate with experience and responsibilities." That's not specific pay, so we should not create Pay section because no specific pay given. Benefits: they list "Benefits include health and dental coverage, short- and long-term disability, paid time off, paid parental leave, 401K, and more!" That's specific enough to create Benefits section. Schedule: no specific schedule info (maybe travel up to 20% etc). Not a schedule like full-time/part-time. So we should not create Schedule section. Pay: no specific salary range, so omit Pay. Qualifications vs Requirements: The posting includes "Minimum Requirements" and then a list of education, experience, etc. Also later "Requirements Working Conditions & Physical Requirements". There's also "Critical Success Factors". Those could be considered Skills? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to map content.
We have an introductory paragraph describing the role: that could be "About the role". Then "Key Responsibilities" with sub-bullets: we can put under Responsibilities heading. Then "Minimum Requirements" etc could be under Requirements (or Qualifications). The distinction: Requirements often refer to mandatory qualifications; Qualifications could be preferred? But we have only one set. We'll put under Requirements. Then "Working Conditions & Physical Requirements" could be under Requirements as well, maybe as a sub-list. Could also be under Skills? But better to keep under Requirements.
"Critical Success Factors" could be under Skills (these are competencies). We'll put under Skills.
Benefits we have.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove "This position could be offered at different levels..." maybe keep? It's about level adjustment; it's substantive? It mentions salary range will adjust; but we already omitted Pay because no specific numbers. Could keep as part of About? Might be considered boilerplate? It's about level adjustment; maybe keep as part of About? It's not boilerplate but it's generic. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that sentence. It's about salary range adjusting with level; but we are not creating Pay section; we could include it in About the role paragraph.
Also "At Inotiv, our work helps advance..." that's company description; could be part of About the role? Might be considered boilerplate but it's substantive about company. Keep.
We must not include application instructions. There's none.

then- . That's acceptable.
Similarly for Skills: we have Critical Success Factors list.
