As a Manager, Quality Control, you will oversee the quality assurance processes within the company, ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, training staff, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop quality control procedures
• Train and mentor employees in quality control practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or a related field
• Proven ability to manage and train a team
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and ISO standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This role is full-time and requires an on-site presence at our Bridgewater, NJ location.
