About the role

The Manager, PVMC is responsible for overseeing the operations and ensuring the highest quality care for patients within the Pediatric Vascular Medicine Clinic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement clinical protocols.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior staff members.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, medicine, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience in pediatric care and vascular medicine.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in healthcare management or related field preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation processes.
