About the role
We’re looking for an outstanding Manager in Project Management—a digital producer with a passion for collaboration, the creative process, and emerging technologies to produce world-class interactive experiences for Fortune 500 clients. You’ll help create dynamic digital experiences, integrated campaigns, digital and social media campaigns, digital partnership activations, eCommerce and CMS implementations, CRM programs, and branded content.
As a Manager, you will develop and execute project plans, supervise junior project managers, and oversee large programs of work. You’ll need to be a creative advocate, proactive, tech-savvy, and an excellent communicator.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and lead complex cross-capability projects and integrated program management
- Lead client discussions on project plans to ensure alignment on flow and due dates
- Produce top-down and bottom-up scopes, project schedules, resource plans, and risk & change management plans using appropriate tools
- Participate in new business RFI or RFP requests when necessary
- Begin management, leadership, and effective communication trainings
- Contribute to training and onboarding processes for new team members
- Demonstrate strong written and oral presentation skills
- Set goals for yourself and manage multiple direct reports, conducting regular reviews
- Set up projects and programs for success (right team, proper planning, client alignment)
- Keep clients and internal teams aligned and moving in the same direction
- Handle risk effectively, escalate when needed, and assist in resolution
- Contribute to the development of methodologies, standards, and best practices to streamline processes and create efficiencies
- Train team members on updated processes and tools
Requirements
- A four-year degree
- 5+ years of Project Management, Marketing, or related experience
- Mastery of small to mid-level projects
- Working knowledge of enterprise tools (JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Trello)
- Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus

Pay
USD $75,050.00 - USD $107,835.00/Annually. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
