About the role

The Programmatic Manager is a partially client-facing role responsible for developing and flawlessly executing best-in-class connected commerce campaigns, primarily on Walmart Connect and Amazon DSP. Key responsibilities include hands-to-keyboard setup, management, and optimization of campaigns, providing training and troubleshooting, collaborating with vendors and teams, and managing budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute connected commerce campaigns on Walmart Connect and Amazon DSP
  • Provide training and troubleshooting to the team on these platforms
  • Ensure full utilization of Amazon resources such as the Amazon Brand Innovation Lab and Marketing stack
  • Stay updated on Amazon display/DSP innovations and new features
  • Supervise and train Specialists/Sr. Specialists
  • Create and present reports and presentations highlighting campaign set-up and final plans
  • Communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to internal teams
  • Manage budgets, ensure accuracy of client-facing documents, and document vendor savings for financial reporting
  • Manage program trackers and timelines
  • Collaborate with vendor partners

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Walmart Connect and Amazon DSP
  • Experience with The Trade Desk and/or DV360 (a plus)
  • Experience with other retail media networks (such as Citrus Ad, Criteo, Quotient, Promote IQ, Pacvue, Instacart, etc.) (a plus)
  • Robust spreadsheet skills (Excel and Google Sheets)
  • Ability to proactively organize and prioritize workload
  • High attention to detail and sound decision-making skills
  • Willingness to collaborate and listen to others
  • Comfortable with proactive communication via email, Teams, and phone calls

USD $75,500.00 - USD $120,159.00 Annually
