About the role
The Programmatic Manager is a partially client-facing role responsible for developing and flawlessly executing best-in-class connected commerce campaigns, primarily on Walmart Connect and Amazon DSP. Key responsibilities include hands-to-keyboard setup, management, and optimization of campaigns, providing training and troubleshooting, collaborating with vendors and teams, and managing budgets and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute connected commerce campaigns on Walmart Connect and Amazon DSP
- Provide training and troubleshooting to the team on these platforms
- Ensure full utilization of Amazon resources such as the Amazon Brand Innovation Lab and Marketing stack
- Stay updated on Amazon display/DSP innovations and new features
- Supervise and train Specialists/Sr. Specialists
- Create and present reports and presentations highlighting campaign set-up and final plans
- Communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to internal teams
- Manage budgets, ensure accuracy of client-facing documents, and document vendor savings for financial reporting
- Manage program trackers and timelines
- Collaborate with vendor partners
Requirements
- Proven experience in Walmart Connect and Amazon DSP
- Experience with The Trade Desk and/or DV360 (a plus)
- Experience with other retail media networks (such as Citrus Ad, Criteo, Quotient, Promote IQ, Pacvue, Instacart, etc.) (a plus)
- Robust spreadsheet skills (Excel and Google Sheets)
- Ability to proactively organize and prioritize workload
- High attention to detail and sound decision-making skills
- Willingness to collaborate and listen to others
- Comfortable with proactive communication via email, Teams, and phone calls

USD $75,500.00 - USD $120,159.00 Annually
