Position Summary

We are seeking a Program Manager to drive international seller growth by ensuring global teams are aligned, informed, and effectively adopting key marketplace initiatives. This role will serve as a critical bridge between product, program, and regional teams, translating strategy into execution and ensuring international markets are fully integrated into our growth efforts.

What you'll do

  • Drive international marketplace seller growth by leading adoption of key programs and initiatives across regions
  • Partner with global stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that increase seller engagement and program adoption
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international seller growth teams, ensuring alignment with central product and program priorities
  • Collaborate closely with China account leads and regional teams to tailor and implement localized growth strategies
  • Translate global initiatives into region-specific execution plans, accounting for market nuances and seller needs
  • Parenthesize feedback loops to inform product development and improve program effectiveness for diverse seller segments
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Stay informed on marketplace trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in global seller growth

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to analyze data, derive insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies
  • Experience working cross-functionally with global or distributed teams
  • Strong program management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Proactive problem-solver with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving improvements
  • Flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones (e.g., EST, PST, IST, CST)

Additional Compensation

  • Annual salary range: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 in Bentonville, Arkansas
  • $91,000.00 - $169,000.00 in San Bruno, California
  • $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 in Hoboken, New Jersey
  • Annual or quarterly performance bonuses
  • Stock options for certain positions
