About the role

We’re looking for a Manager, Program Management to manage key aspects of the client relationship, implement current messaging solutions, and grow the business for various ConnectiveRx accounts. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day requests, requiring a deep understanding of ConnectiveRx’s end-to-end processes and solutions. This role involves significant input into Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Contracting/Statements of Work (SOWs), developing client presentations, and participating in client meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage highly responsive day-to-day client contact, ensuring excellent execution and delivery of ConnectiveRx solutions.
  • Develop effective client-facing communications, including marketing/sales representations and account status updates.
  • Complete Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) with guidance from Business Development.
  • Gather information from internal resources, ensuring completion and review by appropriate approvers.
  • Provide input into the annual renewal process.
  • Coordinate program setup with internal teams and clients, monitor and report on program performance.
  • Develop and share account activity/status updates, reporting, and invoicing.
  • Run and analyze financial or performance reports to respond to client and internal needs, summarizing findings and recommending actionable steps.
  • Contribute to account management strategy, making recommendations for sales planning, revenue growth, and process/service improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years in account management with client relationship responsibility or related sales experience in life sciences or healthcare service provider industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Request for Proposals (RFP) processes.
  • Experience with contracting processes, including routing Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs), and Insertion Orders (IOs).
  • Broad knowledge of target marketing, preferably in healthcare-related fields (affordability products, services, and client brand strategy).
  • Working knowledge of Med Legal Review (MLR) process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Able to prioritize deliverables across time zones and multiple geographies.

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $72,500.00 – USD $94,600.00 per year. This position offers opportunities for a bonus or commissions, with total compensation varying based on location, skills, experience, and capabilities.
