Responsibilities
- Support PMO operations including compliance and administration
- Develop outreach strategies and provide training on contract vehicles
- Aid teams with task order proposals, including developing strategies and proposals
- Facilitate kick-off meetings with performing teams on proposals
- Oversee proposal submissions ensuring compliance and timeliness
- Engage with cross-functional teams and external partners for collaboration
- Utilize pipeline management tools to track opportunities effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; 8 years of experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or 12 years of experience without a degree
- Proven understanding of government acquisition processes and contract vehicles
- Experience working across various functional teams within an organization
- Excellent communication skills along with strong organizational attention to detail
