Manager, Product Management - Lead Intelligence (Business Cards & Payments)

Capital One · Richmond, VA · 1 wk ago
Marketing$165k–$188k/yrFull-time

Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) brings a builder's mindset to work, just like the business owners we serve. Small businesses are a different kind of customer—they're the people turning ideas into opportunities, and opportunities into livelihoods. When we build for them, we build something bigger. That's why we have a high bar for quality. We own the work end to end, turning today's insights into tomorrow's results, together. We're relentlessly curious, asking the hard questions and making space for the best ideas to win, because that's how we create impact we can be proud of.

In BC&P, we are looking for a Product Manager with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI. While formal on-the-job experience with AI is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated AI into their personal projects, explored AI-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), or built automations using AI agents. Show us how you've used AI to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation.

About The Role

The Lead Intelligence Product Manager will drive the execution for transforming how Capital One acquires, enriches, and acts on business sales lead data. In this role, the Product Manager will partner closely with Data Science, Field Analytics, Field Sales, and Marketing to transition our go-to-market data engine from its current state into a continuously refreshed, hyper-targeted lead queue—delivering high-intent, verified prospect context to Relationship Managers and downstream digital channels.
