About the role

Manager, Product Management (PXDP50)

Product Management at Capital One is a booming, vibrant craft that requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. We believe our portfolio of businesses and investments in growth and transformation will result in a company with the scale, brand, capabilities, talent, and values to succeed as the digital revolution transforms our society and our industry.

About the Team

In Card Intelligence, we’re using Machine Learning (ML) to build the future of how we work with our customers across the entire customer lifecycle. As a key player in our Card Machine Learning product team, you’ll collaborate with talented data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy a portfolio of predictive risk models, and at times investigate Generative AI models, to support behavioral and valuations based decisions and outcomes. This role will directly play a role in helping define the types of technologies and experiences our DS and tech teams need to help Capital One build a world class Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) Line of Business, in support of providing services to small business customers. You’ll do this by:

  • Working across teams to build products that enable seamless and scalable models, influence strategic decisions, and contribute to building a thriving product practice in support of our overall Machine Learning capabilities.
  • Partnering with leaders across our BC&P business, data science, and engineering teams to reduce the time it takes to bring models to market through identifying re-usable solution patterns.
  • Delivering machine learning requirements to define new architecture patterns across our Card Intelligence portfolio.
