Delivering innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology, the Card Customer Resiliency team at Capital One is focused on modernizing technology, elevating the voice of vulnerable customers, and innovating rapidly to redefine how we care for our most financially distressed customers.

Responsibilities

  • Reimagine and innovate product solutions to meet customer needs
  • Drive game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence
  • Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions
  • Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks
  • Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment

Requirements

  • Proficiency in five key areas of Product Management: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, Transformational Leadership
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following degrees with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
