Responsibilities
- Lead IV Base Alt-Site price-setting strategy, process, and impact for US ITP
- Lead the execution of establishing pricing guidelines, price roll execution and price integrity across Alt Site Customer contracts
- Lead Sales organization through quick and accurate sales analyses on products, customer activity, and contract provisions in support of customer contract offers
- Develop potential pricing and contracting strategies across focused care settings
- Support US ITP Acute IV Contract resign activities for $1.5B annual GPO agreements
- Run total cost of ownership models and propose pricing actions for the ITP Sales team
- Provide detailed sales analysis on key national accounts in support of creative deal structures
- Manage Distributor Average Cost price lists working closely with Government Price Reporting and Channel Operations teams
- Develop and execute process improvement projects that automate pricing analysis and support tools to inform, maximize, and streamline pricing processes
Requirements
- Ability to manage Pricing activities within cross-functional business partners with a sense of urgency, prioritizing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must with sharp attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or Statistics
- 5+ years experience in a financial, data analysis, sales or contracting role
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel required
- Intermediate level skill in Tableau and JDE preferred
