On Location is a global leader in premium experiential hospitality, offering ticketing, curated guest experiences, live event production, and travel management across sports, entertainment, fashion, and culture. We provide unrivaled access for corporate clients and fans at marquee events, including the Olympic and Paralympic Games, FIFA World Cup 2026, Super Bowl, NCAA Final Four, and more. An official partner to over 150 iconic rights holders—such as the IOC (Milano Cortina 2026 and Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games), FIFA, NFL, NCAA, UFC, WWE, and PGA of America—we also own and operate unique experiences. On Location is a subsidiary of TKO Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company.

About the role

This role sits at the heart of On Location’s monetisation strategy for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games. You will own a defined group of venues end-to-end, acting as the pricing, product, and commercial-strategy expert for your cluster while maintaining a working understanding of the full program to position your venues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for an assigned cluster of LA28 venues, developing deep, differentiated knowledge of their products, demand profile, inventory, and commercial dynamics.
  • Own the full pricing and yield lifecycle for your cluster, from initial price setting through in-market yield management, across all sessions and hospitality products at your venues.
  • Build and maintain a strong working picture of the entire LA28 hospitality monetisation landscape, translating venue-level insight into clear recommendations for program-wide pricing and commercial strategy.
  • Apply rigorous pricing and revenue-management discipline—elasticity, segmentation, dynamic pricing, discount and bundling frameworks—to set, defend, and adjust price points for your venues.
  • Manage strategic inventory holds and release strategy for your cluster to maximise yield and ensure high-demand assets are monetised effectively without selling out prematurely.
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Ticketing teams to operationalise pricing, resolve inventory issues, approve discounts and bulk deals, and keep pricing and inventory systems accurate.
  • Navigate the operational complexity of a large-scale, fast-moving Games environment: anticipate issues, make sound commercial decisions independently, and keep execution on track with minimal oversight.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for pricing- or monetisation-related matters at your venues, representing your cluster confidently in cross-functional and leadership forums.
  • Monitor sell-through, competitor pricing, and market trends for your venues, and recommend timely, well-reasoned adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • A strong pricing and/or revenue-management background—demonstrable pricing expertise is essential.
  • Highly operationally savvy, with a proven track record of delivering in complex, high-pressure, fast-moving projects or environments.
  • Ability to work autonomously, think on your feet, and make reasoned, commercially sound decisions with limited direction.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills across all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Olympic, major-event, or large-scale live-events experience.
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms and pricing/inventory management tools.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Omni, PowerBI, QuickSight).
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort across multiple technology platforms.

Schedule

Permanent position based in Los Angeles. Working hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (with flexibility required around key Games milestones). Some travel may be required.

Pay

Hiring rate range: $67,500 – $90,000 annually. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, including base rate, short- and long-term incentives, growth opportunities, and robust benefits such as health care, retirement, and paid time off.
