Overview

The Manager of Facility Operations performs diverse duties including managing Life Safety and Environment of Care. This leader plans, organizes, supervises, coordinates, and controls the activities of plant operations and maintenance functions necessary to keep the facility operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and control plant operations and maintenance functions, ensuring physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities, and grounds remain operative and safe.
• Coordinate quality customer service activities, purchasing, payroll, and budgeting processes.
• Participate in the work activities of assigned teams by providing assistance, serving as a technical resource, and working as a team member.
• Coordinate the delivery of high‑quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• High School Degree (required).
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Minimum of 4 years of maintenance management experience.

Pay

Base pay range for full‑time employment: $95,680.00 – $152,089.60 annually. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation varies based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
