Manager Plant Operations

Position Summary

The Manager of Plant Operations is responsible for daily management of personnel of Plant Operations Department including:

• Team member scheduling
• Payroll
• Making sure work assignments are monitored and delegated
• Solving problems
• Coordination with vendors and staff
• Annual team member evaluations

Physical Requirements

• This position can be physically demanding at times.
• Corrected vision, normal hearing.
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally.
• This position will require standing, lifting, walking, and kneeling for extended periods of time.
• Push/pull up to 40lbs., carry and lift up to 75lbs.
• Ability to adapt and react during stressful situations.

Threshold Requirements

• Annual Joint Commission mandatory education requirements, in-service and health requirements including attendance at new employee orientation
• TB/PPD Surveillance Program
• Maintenance of required professional licensing and/or certification(s)
