Hybrid$70k–$80k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes summary of responsibilities etc. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for responsibilities (the summary of responsibilities and subsections). We have skills and experience (skills). We have pay range (Hiring pay range $70,000 - $80,000 per year). We have schedule? It mentions Full-Time, Exempt position intended to work 40 hours per week, occasional travel, non-traditional hours on occasion. That's schedule info. Benefits: mention eligible for USOPC benefits, view a summaryhere (link). We can include Benefits section with that info. Also we have location: Colorado Springs Downtown Headquarters / Hybrid (maybe not a required heading). Could be part of About the role? But we can include a short paragraph for location maybe under About the role. The instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections to include: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (detailed), Skills (skills and experience), Pay (pay range), Benefits (benefits info), Schedule (work hours, travel, etc.). Requirements/Qualifications maybe covered in skills? The posting includes "skills and experience you'll need to be effective" which includes degree, years experience, etc. That could be Qualifications. But we can put that under Skills or Qualifications. Since we have both Skills and Qualifications headings possible, but we should avoid thin sections. Better to combine into Skills (includes qualifications). Or we could have Qualifications separate with degree and experience. But we need to avoid filler. Let's decide: Use About the role (brief intro), Responsibilities (detailed bullet list), Qualifications (education, experience, etc.), Skills (maybe soft skills?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we must not create sections with filler. Ensure each has substantive content. Let's extract content: About the role: The opening paragraph: "Are you mission-driven and passionate about helping others succeed? ... Here's a Summary Of Responsibilities The Manager, Philanthropic Communications, plays a central role..." Actually that's more responsibilities. But we can craft an About the role paragraph summarizing the role: The Manager, Philanthropic Communications supports Impact Funds, Major/Principal Giving, impact reporting, collateral management. Use the summary. Responsibilities: We have detailed bullet points under Impact Funds & Fundraising Initiative Communications (35%), Major & Principal Giving Support (25%), Impact Reporting & Stewardship Narratives (25%), Collateral Management & Communications Operations (15%). We'll turn each into
  • items. Qualifications/Skills: The list under "Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be effective:" includes bullet-like sentences. We'll extract each as
  • . Benefits: "Benefits: This position will be eligible for USOPC benefits. You can view a summaryhere." Also maybe mention Annual Incentive Award Program? That's bonus, could be part of Benefits or Pay? It's a bonus program. Could be included in Benefits. We'll include that. Pay: "Hiring pay range $70,000 - $80,000 per year." Also mention Full-Time, Exempt position intended to work 40 hours per week. Bonus eligibility etc. We'll put pay range in Pay section, and maybe mention full-time in Schedule. Schedule: "Full-Time, Exempt position is intended to work 40 hours per week. Non-traditional hours on occasion, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Occasional travel both domestic and internationally." Also mention regular attendance essential. We'll also include location maybe in About the role. Now produce HTML fragment:

    About the role

    Responsibilities

    • Impact Funds & Fundraising Initiative Communications (35%): ...
    • ...
But we need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details inside each bullet. Could be long but okay. We'll break each responsibility area into its own
maybe with heading? But we only allowed

for section headings, not subheadings. Could use

      for area titles inside the

? Might be okay. But we need to preserve detail. We'll produce
        • with the area title bold? Not allowed to add extra tags? We can include inside
        • . That's fine. Let's craft. Responsibilities section:

Perform other duties as assigned.
Now Qualifications/Skills section: We'll call it

          Qualifications

maybe. But we have both skills and qualifications. Let's do Qualifications (education, experience) and Skills (soft skills). However we risk thin sections. But we have enough content for both. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with a preferred emphasis in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, Nonprofit Management, Sports Management, or equivalent work experience; 5+ years of experience in communications, stewardship communications, impact reporting, donor communications, nonprofit advancement, or a related field; Proven experience developing donor-facing communications, impact reports, stewardship materials, and engagement content; Experience coordinating design, print production, collateral, vendors, or communications operations is preferred; Experience in advancement, fundraising, philanthropy, or mission-driven communications is strongly preferred. We'll put both under

          Qualifications & Skills

maybe. But the instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include both Qualifications and Skills as separate headings if they have substantive content. They do. So we will have

          Qualifications

with the bullet list of qualifications (education, experience, etc.) and

          Skills

with the bullet list of skills. Now Benefits:
