About the role
In this role, you'll build and cultivate relationships with donors, community members, and organizational leaders while helping develop and implement fundraising strategies that support MaineHealth's mission. You'll identify opportunities for donor engagement, steward meaningful partnerships, support philanthropic initiatives and campaigns, and help connect donors with programs and services that are important to them.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and execution of fundraising efforts.
- Cultivate a culture of philanthropy by building strong relationships with community members, physicians, employees, and prospective major gift donors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or CFRE preferred.
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in fundraising, community relations, or the equivalent.
- Prior experience supervising fundraising or development professionals preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or higher education philanthropy preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficient in CRM/fundraising databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $89,980.80 to $121,721.60 per year. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
