About the role
The Pharmacy Manager at CHI St Alexius Health Dickinson is responsible for overseeing the pharmacy operations, educating and mentoring pharmacy team members, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and efficient pharmaceutical care.
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and monitors pharmacy operations.
- Educates, mentors, and evaluates pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
- Educates other health care professionals regarding medications.
- Trains and participates in disaster team drills and real-event responses.
- Communicates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSPharm) degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent pharmacy (or similar) work experience.
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in North Dakota.
Preferred
- MBA, MS, MHA, or one (1) year experience in a leadership position or pharmacy residency completed.

Pay
The posted compensation range is $63.25 - $94.08 /hour, reflecting the lowest to highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
Schedule
The role is full-time, 1.0 FTE with a weekly schedule of varied shifts.
