Manager, Payroll, Baptist Health System

Responsibilities

• Staffing of payroll office to ensure full coverage minimizing overtime hours
• Auditing of processes to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements
• Managing requests for information
• Capturing System enhancements and efficiencies
• Captures with other departments for successful biweekly and on-demand processing of payroll
• Reviews payroll transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Processes all payroll tax returns in a timely manner

Requirements

• 5 years of payroll and leadership experience required

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts/Science (BA/BS) Required
• Master's Degree Preferred
