About the Role
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of activities in the JAX and WCH Prep and Sterile Department for a 24-hour operation. Ensures Prep and Sterile policies and procedures are standardized in compliance with regulatory agencies across the healthcare system.
Responsibilities
- Actively participates in the hiring, counseling, and performance reviews of the staff.
- Monitors and participates in the budget process, including expense activity and interpretation of data.
Requirements
- Certification in a related field is required.
- ACLS is not required for BMDA departments.
