Manager, Parts
About the role
You’ll play an important role in keeping our customers and service teams supported with the right parts at the right time. Your leadership will help maintain efficient warehouse operations, strong inventory accuracy, and a culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and customer care. By helping improve processes and supporting the development of your team, you’ll contribute directly to the continued growth and success of the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support parts and warehouse personnel through training, coaching, scheduling, safety, and day-to-day operational guidance
- Oversee inventory management, shipping and receiving, cycle counts, stock orders, warranty parts, and warehouse organization
- Support front and back counter operations by assisting customers, service teams, and parts inquiries while helping grow parts revenue and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational processes across the branch
Requirements
Experience in parts, warehouse, inventory, or distribution operations with strong organizational and customer service skills. Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with confidence in inventory control, shipping processes, and data accuracy. High school diploma required; additional education and leadership experience in warehouse or parts operations preferred.
