Manager, Package Development
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we need to map content to these headings appropriately. The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use those exact headings? Probably we should use those headings where applicable. We need to include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections have content.
- About the role: could be the "Our Story" plus maybe overview? The posting includes "Our Story" describing company. That could be considered About the role? Actually About the role is more about the job, but we have "What You’ll Do" and "What You’ll Be Working On". Could combine those as Responsibilities. The "Must Haves" is Requirements/Qualifications. "How You’ll Know You’re a Fit" could be Skills. "Why Sol de Janeiro?" is Benefits. Salary Range is Pay. Schedule not present, so omit.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation request, privacy policy link, etc. Also remove "The information contained herein is not designed to cover..." and EEO statement. Also remove "Requests for accommodation..." etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
Thus produce something like:
About the role
About the role
Our StoryLaunched in 2015, Sol de Janeiro is a globally recognized, award-winning beauty brand, drawing inspiration from Brazil’s beauty rituals, warmth, and spirit. Sol de Janeiro delivers a sensory experience beloved by multi-generational consumers worldwide, with clinically proven results, transformative textures, and transportive fragrances. Headquartered in New York and launched as a digitally native brand, we have expanded globally with teams in Paris, London, and Germany. Responsibilities
- The Manager, Package Development is a hands-on technical leader responsible for driving packaging development for the body, hair, and lip categories from concept through commercialization.
- This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-quality, and scalable packaging solutions that meet brand, cost, supply chain, and sustainability goals.
- In addition to leading new development projects, this role will support selected technical transfers, cost savings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- with those items.
Next, Requirements/Qualifications: "Must Haves" includes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
- 5+ years of packaging development experience, with strong preference for experience in the body care, hair, and/or lip categories
- Proven experience leading packaging projects from concept through commercialization
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, componentry, testing, and supplier capabilities
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and global suppliers
- Exposure to sustainability or ESG initiatives preferred
We could put these under Requirements (or Qualifications). Since we have both headings, we need to decide which to use. The instruction says use those headings as examples; we can choose which sections to include. Probably we can have Requirements (for must-haves) and Qualifications (maybe for preferred?). But we have only one set. Could combine into Requirements. Or we could split: Requirements = mandatory, Qualifications = preferred. But we have both mandatory and preferred items. Might be better to have Requirements for mandatory (degree, years, experience leading projects, understanding materials, experience with CMs/global suppliers) and Qualifications for preferred (exposure to sustainability/ESG). However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe just one Requirements section covering all.
Thus we can have

Schedule: not present, omit. We must not include any boilerplate like EEO, accommodation request, privacy policy link, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Check for any duplicated lines: we must avoid repeating. Ensure we captured all substantive info. Check "Our Story" includes mention of accolades etc. That's fine. Check we didn't repeat any content inadvertently. The "Our Story" paragraph includes "Our StoryLaunched" missing space? Actually original text: "Our StoryLaunched in 2015, Sol de Janeiro is..." There's no space between Story and Launched. We should preserve exactly as given? It's okay to keep as is. Might want to add a space for readability but we must not invent or summarize away detail. Adding a space is a minor change but not altering meaning. Safer to keep exactly as given: "Our StoryLa
