Manager, Organization Effectiveness & Change Management

The Manager, Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management reports to the AVP, Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management and manages the design and delivery of initiatives that help Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) implement priorities, strengthen organizational health, and sustain change. The Manager partners with leaders and teams to translate business needs into practical organization-development and change solutions. This manager-level individual contributor leads assigned projects from diagnosis and planning through stakeholder engagement, implementation, adoption, and measurement. The role collaborates across Talent Development, HR, Strategy, Operations, Communications, clinical and entity teams, and external partners.
