Manager, Organizational Effectiveness
About the Role
Leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership and team member development programs that align with organizational values, goals, and best practices. Manages core learning and development initiatives such as onboarding, leadership bootcamps, performance management training, and culture-driven programming.
Partners with stakeholders across human resources, clinical education, and operations to assess needs, develop training strategies, and support successful rollout of key initiatives. Supports change management efforts by facilitating workshops, coaching leaders, and ensuring consistent application of change principles across assigned projects.
Conducts training needs assessments, analyzes development gaps, and provides recommendations to enhance workforce capabilities and support strategic objectives. Develops measurement tools and evaluates the effectiveness of training and development efforts, including impact on retention, engagement, and organizational KPIs.
Collaborates across teams to ensure integration of learning solutions that contribute to personal and professional growth, while supporting organizational transformation goals. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of learning and development trends, incorporating current research and innovations into training strategies and curriculum design.
Provides input into the planning and prioritization of projects to ensure timely and effective delivery of programs that support employee experience and talent development. Administers learning assignments and compliance training through designated platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead divisional organizational design engagements, focusing on organizational models, organizational design & structure, governance, and role clarity.
- Lead full lifecycle change management projects and communication efforts for multiple complex implementations such as organizational design and organizational transformation.
- Support the analysis of workforce data to identify opportunities to optimize organizational structures, operating models, and ways of working.
- Utilize research innovative solutions that are designed to not only drive but sustain and extend organizational performance and engagement.
- Demonstrate success in professional, leadership, and team development, including building clinical ladders, team intervention strategies, leadership assimilation, succession planning, and clinics for growth and technical knowledge.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and effectively manage concurrent projects; highly adaptable to changing demands, conflicting priorities, and a fast-paced evolving environment.
- Willing to take initiative and lead projects with little supervision.
- Able to toggle between strategic development and tactical execution.
- Skilled at building relationships across multiple departments and reporting lines.
- Skilled in motivating and coaching front-line staff and leaders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills combined with business acumen and organizational and interpersonal skills to engage and develop a diverse workforce.
- Demonstrated fluency to speak, read, and write in English.
- Computer Skills: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based meeting tools (i.e., Skype, WebEx, etc.).
- Progressive experience in leading high-performing teams.
- Progressive experience in organizational design work. Reorganization background strongly preferred with focus on organizational design (restructuring/mergers/optimization).
- Extensive experience leading full lifecycle change management projects and communication efforts for multiple complex implementations.
- Extensive understanding of change principles and methodologies with the ability to define a flexible, unique approach based on the organizational function and working environment.
- Track record of delivering at C-Suite level, major business change programs including executive alignment and stakeholder management.
- Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record.
- Mastery of Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
- Strong demonstration of analytical skills and ability to prepare executive-ready materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business, Management, Organizational Development, or Leadership (Required).
- Master's (Preferred).
- 1+ years of experience supervising staff (Required).
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, leadership development, or related field (Required).
Skills
- Skilled at staying informed on the latest trends related to performance and talent development, and internal/external best practices (Preferred).
- Experience working with MS Publisher, MS Project, Adobe InDesign, and Mindjet (Preferred).

$70,224.40 - $130,619.09
