About the role
The Manager, Organizational Effectiveness is a strategic human capital leader responsible for guiding leadership and organizational decisions that directly support enterprise strategy. This role leads a team delivering high-impact consulting across people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness. By providing data-informed insights and solutions, the position enhances organizational readiness and business outcomes, contributing to the organization's transformational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executives on talent, organization, and leadership decisions.
- Lead Organizational Effectiveness Consultants serving as human capital advisors.
- Deliver consulting in people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, engagement, change leadership, and leadership effectiveness.
- Use data to support decision-making and diagnose organizational challenges.
- Implement solutions that strengthen organizational readiness and improve business outcomes.
