Responsibilities
- Develop and facilitate leadership training programs focused on key managerial skills
- Deliver engaging workshops and development programs that encourage practical skill use
- Create and support a network of facilitators to ensure high-quality learning experiences
- Create and maintain a comprehensive learning roadmap for employee growth
- Develop supportive materials such as job aids and standard work resources
- Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) for maximum engagement
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, human resources, organizational development, or a related field required
- 7+ years in adult learning and development, particularly in leadership and soft-skills training
- Experience with SaaS LMS products, particularly Absorb LMS
- Ability to assess needs with leaders and develop clear, practical training solutions
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and influence a diverse audience
- Prior experience in creating effective onboarding programs and blended learning strategies
