Responsibilities

  • Develop and facilitate leadership training programs focused on key managerial skills
  • Deliver engaging workshops and development programs that encourage practical skill use
  • Create and support a network of facilitators to ensure high-quality learning experiences
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive learning roadmap for employee growth
  • Develop supportive materials such as job aids and standard work resources
  • Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) for maximum engagement
  • Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, human resources, organizational development, or a related field required
  • 7+ years in adult learning and development, particularly in leadership and soft-skills training
  • Experience with SaaS LMS products, particularly Absorb LMS
  • Ability to assess needs with leaders and develop clear, practical training solutions
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and influence a diverse audience
  • Prior experience in creating effective onboarding programs and blended learning strategies
