Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement training programs for legal professionals
  • Lead planning and execution of training curricula for practice groups
  • Create interactive mock-style trainings in partnership with stakeholders
  • Develop and manage orientation programming for various levels of associates
  • Research and stay updated on trends in legal training
  • Build and maintain relationships with outside speakers and vendors
  • Conduct surveys to assess training needs and support competency framework updates
  • Supervise junior team members and assist with performance projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and J.D. required
  • Minimum of 5 years legal experience in a professional services setting
  • Experience with CLE tracking systems or databases
  • Exceptional project management skills with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building across departments
  • Prominent leadership capabilities with team-building experience
