Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement training programs for legal professionals
- Lead planning and execution of training curricula for practice groups
- Create interactive mock-style trainings in partnership with stakeholders
- Develop and manage orientation programming for various levels of associates
- Research and stay updated on trends in legal training
- Build and maintain relationships with outside speakers and vendors
- Conduct surveys to assess training needs and support competency framework updates
- Supervise junior team members and assist with performance projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and J.D. required
- Minimum of 5 years legal experience in a professional services setting
- Experience with CLE tracking systems or databases
- Exceptional project management skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building across departments
- Prominent leadership capabilities with team-building experience
