Manager of Slot Operations

Responsibilities

• Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
• Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
• Manage all aspects of slot operations, including new game rollout, maintenance, performance, and overall appearance
• Select, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action
• Communicate and work closely with the Director, vendors, suppliers, and team members to execute large-scale slot projects, such as machine moves, equipment installations, and equipment upgrades
• Collaborate with the Director to develop and provide a complete ROI analysis when recommending new slot purchases or upgrades
• Remain current with the latest slot industry developments and trends
• Maintain a welcoming, safe, professional, and friendly work environment
• Oversee the overall integrity of slot games

Requirements

• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional moving/pushing equipment weighing up to 500 pounds
• Frequent pushing, pulling, kneeling, climbing, stooping, bending, twisting, reaching overhead, and standing/walking for extended periods
• Requires visual acuity, peripheral awareness, and manual dexterity to inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain slot equipment
• Works in a fast-paced casino environment with exposure to bright lights, loud noise, and high-pressure situations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in slot operations or related field
• Experience with slot machines and gaming regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
