Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offers for open roles across the firm
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations and other talent pipelines
- Design and lead a thoughtful onboarding experience so every new hire feels prepared, welcomed and set up to succeed
Performance Management
- Administer our performance management system and lead the annual and mid-year review cycles
- Support managers in delivering clear, constructive feedback and in calibrating performance across the firm
- Help maintain and evolve job descriptions and career-level expectations as the firm grows
Culture & Engagement
- Serve as a steward of Mueller's culture, values and employee engagement
- Participate in a team that plans and executes recognition moments (anniversaries, promotions, life milestones) that make people feel seen
- Keep a pulse on team morale, and proactively flag and address concerns before they become problems
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including compensation administration and benefits coordination, in partnership with our PEOM
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the firm stays current on employment law and best practices
- Serve as a confidential, trusted resource for staff questions and concerns
