Manager, People Services
About the role
The People Services (Human Resources) Manager will provide HR leadership to a number of business units at the Davita Medical Group national headquarters in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will be a leader with strong business acumen and the ability to establish trusted partner relationships, while proactively meeting the day-to-day People Services needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate DaVita Medical Group's commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care and concern with each and every internal and external customer.
- Uses, protects, and discloses DaVita Medical Group patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.
- Executing people strategies, programs, and initiatives that support business strategies.
- Developing and maintaining an understanding of the healthcare industry and the DMG business model.
- Building effective and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Coaching business leaders on people policies, programs, and processes.
- Acting as a change-agent as DMG continues to grow and evolve.
- Investigating and resolving employee relations issues.
- Strong project management abilities and process-orientation.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to balance business partnering skills with employee advocacy.
Requirements
Education: Master's Degree, MBA. SPHR, SHRM-SCP certification.
Experience: 5-7 years of management experience in large, dynamic organizations.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Knowledge of specific HR related law and regulations. Experience in managing competing priorities. Proven ability to work collaboratively. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively within a fast-paced business environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interviewing and interpersonal skills.

Pay
The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00/year.
Schedule
This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
