Manager of Participant Support Services (Train and Earn)
Position Summary
The Education and Workforce Development Department is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly focused individual(s) to serve as the founding Director of Participant Support for the Train and Earn Program located within Lincoln Square Neighborhood Center. This role operates under the direction of the Director of Education and Workforce and is responsible for providing encouraging participant engagement and retention through case management and assistance services for young adults pursuing education and employment opportunities. The Director will focus on the development of referrals, resources, and networks that will support participants over time, ultimately yielding successful outcomes leading to long-term success.
Qualifications
- Experience in case management and participant support services
- Strong background in workforce development and education programs
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using technology for data management and participant tracking

Pay
$71,000 - $80,000
