Job Summary
The HRIS Manager serves as Prevea Health's primary subject matter expert and long-term steward of the organization's Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, responsible for the design, administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of all HRIS systems and processes. This role owns the day-to-day and strategic management of the HCM system while serving as the key liaison between Human Resources, IT, Finance, Payroll, and Operations across Prevea's multispecialty clinic network.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary HCM system administrator: manage user access, security roles, workflow configuration, system settings, and employee data to ensure platform reliability, accuracy, and compliance with data governance standards.
- Lead or support end-to-end HCM implementations, upgrades, integrations, and new module rollouts-including project planning, configuration, testing (UAT), data migration, training, and post-go-live support.
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits, troubleshooting, and validation; proactively identify and resolve discrepancies before they impact operations, payroll, or compliance reporting.
- Design, build, and maintain standard and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and analytics supporting HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations; ensure accurate reporting for regulatory filings (EEO-1, ACA, OSHA) and internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate and implement system enhancements, automation opportunities, and process improvements; collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition to translate evolving business needs into effective system solutions.
Requirements
This position is full-time and will work 40-hours per week. It is full-time benefit eligible. This opportunity is not a remote position.
