Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for the operational oversight of all Personal Care Supervisor(s), Home Care Scheduler & Home Care aides including schedule management, and overall operational effectiveness of the department.
- In coordination with the Director of Clinical Services, performs orientation, initial and annual competencies, and is responsible for evaluating performance of all home care staff and schedulers.
- In coordination with the Director of Clinical Services, performs quarterly supervisory visits in the home of each participant receiving home care services.
- Prioritizes utilization of homecare staffing needs to reflect actual enrolled participant’s homecare needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum requirement of C.N.A. certification.
- Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
- A minimum of one year’s experience in working with the frail or elderly population required.
- A minimum of two (2) year’s management experience in a hospital, nursing home or community based setting.

Pay
Pay Range: $73,100-$85,100
Schedule
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM rotating on-call hours
