What You’ll Do
- Own the health, retention, profitability, growth, and strategic direction of Carpool’s enterprise account portfolio.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for customer leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Develop account plans covering customer goals, service requirements, performance risks, pricing needs, and growth opportunities.
- Lead customer business reviews focused on shipment volume, service performance, financial results, customer feedback, and improvement priorities.
- Manage account revenue, margin, forecasting, pricing, onboarding, and expansion initiatives in partnership with Sales and Leadership.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Enterprise Account pod, establishing clear ownership and measurable performance expectations.
- Oversee daily shipment execution, including carrier coverage, pickup readiness, transit visibility, delivery completion, and exception management.
- Lead customer escalations, coordinate recovery plans, and use service data and recurring issues to improve account performance.
What You Bring
- Experience managing enterprise customer relationships, preferably within logistics, transportation, automotive, or another service-driven industry.
- Experience leading and developing an account management, customer success, or operations team.
- Strong commercial judgment, including an understanding of account revenue, margin, pricing, forecasting, and retention.
- The ability to manage executive relationships and lead structured customer business reviews.
- Experience coordinating complex service delivery across multiple internal teams and customer stakeholders.
- Strong judgment during escalations, with the ability to establish ownership and drive issues through resolution.
- A disciplined approach to account planning, performance reporting, documentation, and follow-up.
