About the Role

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week but will be in the field on a daily basis. No relocation is offered. AT&T will not hire any applicants for this position who require employer sponsorship now or in the future.

As a Manager-Network Access C&E, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, construction, implementation, and optimization of 5G and Fiber Network infrastructure. Oversee the daily operations of your team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role focuses on immediate team management, task delegation, and resolving day-to-day issues. You will lead occupational staff and influence decisions regarding hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotions.

Responsibilities

  • Network Design & Planning: Develop network layouts, ensure compliance, perform capacity planning, and manage site equipment. Monitor and optimize network performance to accommodate growth, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and perform optimization and capacity management.
  • Site Acquisition: Find, secure, and prepare locations for network infrastructure installation, including supplier, vendor, and contract management with financial and budgetary oversight. Work with property and tower owners, lawyers, municipalities, regulatory, environmental, compliance, and permitting authorities.
  • Construction & Optimization: Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, employees, and contractors to implement SARCs on new or existing site builds for Macro, Small Cell, and In-Building locations. Collaborate with RAN & OSP teams to optimize new sites within the existing network.
  • Program Management and Performance Monitoring: Develop and manage complex technical project plans, quality management, and process improvements to continuously enhance network performance and reliability.
  • Contribute to AT&T’s compliance with environmental laws and regulations, including but not limited to fuel tanks, generators, hazardous waste, construction projects, water discharge, and air emissions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience in the area of professional responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Supervisory experience required.

Pay

Salary range: $96,000.00 - $144,000.00 USD annually. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
