Manager-Network Access C&E

About the Role

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week but will be in the field on a daily basis. No relocation is offered. AT&T will not hire any applicants for this position who require employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Network Design & Planning – develop network layouts, ensure compliance, perform capacity planning and manage site equipment; monitor and optimize network performance, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, perform optimization and capacity management.
• Site Acquisition – find, secure, and prepare locations for network infrastructure installation; manage supplier, vendor and contract relationships with financial and budgetary oversight; work through property and tower owners, lawyers, municipalities, regulatory, environmental, compliance, and permitting authorities.
• Construction & Optimization – coordinate stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, employees, and contractors to implement SARCs on new or existing site builds for Macro, Small Cell, and In‑Building locations; work with RAN & OSP teams to optimize new sites within existing network.
• Program Management and Performance Monitoring – develop and manage complex technical project plans, quality management, and process improvements to continuously improve network performance and reliability.
• Team Leadership – oversee daily operations of the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively; manage task delegation and resolve day‑to‑day issues; influence hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotional activity for subordinates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience in the area of professional responsibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience preferred.
• Supervisor: Yes.
• Environmental compliance responsibilities may include work related to fuel tanks, emergency and standby generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
• Must be able to work in the office 5 days per week and in the field daily; no relocation offered.

Pay

Salary range: $96,000.00 – $144,000.00 USD annually. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
