Responsibilities

• Network Design & Planning – develop network layouts, ensure compliance, perform capacity planning, manage site equipment, monitor and optimize network performance, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, perform optimization and capacity management.
• Site Acquisition – find, secure, and prepare locations for network infrastructure installation, manage supplier, vendor, and contract relationships with financial and budgetary oversight, work with property and tower owners, lawyers, municipalities, regulatory, environmental, compliance, and permitting authorities.
• Construction & Optimization – coordinate stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, employees, and contractors to implement SARCs on new or existing site builds for Macro, Small Cell, and In‑Building locations; work with RAN & OSP teams to optimize new sites within existing network.
• Program Management and Performance Monitoring – develop and manage complex technical project plans, quality management, and process improvements to continuously improve network performance and reliability.
• Team Management – oversee daily operations of the team, delegate tasks, resolve day‑to‑day issues, influence hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotional activity for subordinates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience in the area of professional responsibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience preferred.
• Supervisor experience required.
• Ability to contribute to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations (fuel tanks, generators, hazardous waste, etc.).

Salary

Annual salary range: $96,000.00 – $144,000.00 USD. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
