Responsibilities

  • Network Design & Planning: Develop network layouts, ensure compliance, perform capacity planning, and manage site equipment. Monitor and optimize network performance to accommodate network growth and change, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and perform optimization and capacity management.
  • Site Acquisition: Find, secure, and prepare locations for the installation of network infrastructure, including supplier, vendor, and contract management with financial and budgetary oversight. Work through property and tower owners, lawyers, municipalities, regulatory, environmental, compliance, and permitting authorities.
  • Construction & Optimization: Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, employees, and/or contractors to implement SARCs on new or existing site builds for Macro, Small Cell, and In-Building locations. Work with RAN & OSP teams to optimize new sites within the existing network.
  • Program Management and Performance Monitoring: Develop and manage complex technical project plans, quality management, and process improvements to continuously improve network performance and reliability.
  • Oversee the daily operations of your team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Focus on immediate team management, task delegation, and resolution of day-to-day issues.
  • Lead occupational staff within the organization and influence decisions regarding hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotional activity for subordinates.
  • Contribute to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to job function, including but not limited to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience in the area of professional responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Supervisory experience required.

Pay

Salary range: $96,000.00 - $144,000.00 USD annually. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
